Shark Pit Bar & Grill

Historic Surfing posters and traditional surfing motif throughout, The Shark Pit Bar & Grill is surrounded by 1500 surfboards, a 5,600 Gallon Shark and Exotic Fish Aquarium with hand fed Sharks and Morays (who tend to eat the sharks), every Saturday around 11AM, (depending on the nerve of the volunteer)...and of course, the serene relaxing sound of a 4o' Water Wall...

And guess what else? 14 HDTVs showing all kinds of cool surfing videos, live sports (and anything else we can come up with...)

We have the best food on the Space Coast, hands down. It's where the locals eat. In addition to a full menu that will surprise you in it's variety and sophistication, (who woulda' thought), we feature the best hand made Pizza on the Space Coast...
...All next to the Starbucks Store

The Shark Pit has something for everyone in the family. Kids can enjoy watching our daredevil chef tossing their pizza high into the air (no doubt hoping he will miss) before it goes into our Stone Pizza Oven (only if he doesn't.)

Happy Hour is from 5-7, save a few bucks, and it's only a few steps to the beach for the sunset...

The Shark Pit name itself is seeped in local history. (True Story.) It's named for the infamous local surfing spot...
***The Shark Pit***
It got the catchy name from the impressive variety of large sharks that seemed to frequent the area, (looking for something no doubt.) Legendary for the best beach break for large northern swells, it's still a closely guarded secret that only the locals know...

...did I mention this is where the locals eat?
Watch out for the sharks...

(Which, I think it's safe to say, excludes Ronald over here...
...Cool wall water wall though. )
